The digital platform promoting Portuguese gastronomy

We believe in Portugal as a country of flavours, products, initiative and perseverance. We believe that Portuguese gastronomy is one of our main assets, one of the country’s main differentiating elements as a tourist destination, which must be elevated and valued.

In the context of the global pandemic, which we are still experiencing, we intend this platform to be a tool for boosting the sector, by involving the entire chain, from the producer to the chef making a dish.

Defending what is ours

We intend to encourage the national restaurant industry to work exclusively with Portuguese products and make them their flag! Encourage all those who venture into cooking, those who make it a trade, not forgetting those who do not like to cook but love to eat, for them to be more rigorous with the quality and origin of national ingredients. We are going to champion seasonal, biological, local and, above all, NATIONAL products.

Food is everything we are. It’s an extension of nationalist feeling, ethnic feeling, your personal history, your province, your region, your tribe, your grandma.
